Virat Kohli the Indian and RCB captain in IPL 2017 will be available in the second week of the season as he undergoes rehabilitation for a shoulder injury said by BCCI on Saturday. When BCCI bring up with the fitness status of the players in recent test series, cleared that Virat Kohli will undergo rehabilitation for injury in the right-hand shoulder caused in Ranchi Test. This can take the second week of April to get fully recovered and after that, the date of IPL 2017 would be final for Virat Kohli.

The top Indian players either skip IPL or miss two three initial matches of the cash-rich event. The players need rest for the grueling home season so as to get fully fit for the championship trophy that will be started in June in England. India has won the title in the year 2013.

Some of the big names like the Premium Indian off-spinner Ravi Chandran Ashwin, who was picked up by Rising Pune Supergiants will not be available for 2017 IPL whole season due to recurrence of sports a hernia and other hand the test openers Murali Vijay last year captain of Kings XI Punjab  and K L Rahul (Royal Challengers Bangalore) will be not seen much in matches due to shoulder injury.

The BCCI has confirmed that Ashwin will miss the entire season of IPL due to groin pain which takes approximate 8 weeks to recover.

“Mr. R Ashwin the all-rounder has reported groin pain and has been advised 6-8 weeks of rehabilitation, which he will undergo and hence will not be available for the upcoming IPL season.”

After 8 weeks of rest, Ashwin would be ready to play upcoming champions Trophy from 1st June, playing 14 matches with the little gap. This season the all-rounder has the total of 13 homes test matches. He made the highest record with 10 Indian test victories staggering 732 overs taking out 82 wickets.

The injuries continue, talking about Mr. K. Lokesh Rahul and Mr. M. Vijay both will be unavailable for IPL as Mr. K. Lokesh Rahul the opening batsman likely undergoes surgery of his left shoulder on other hand Mr. M Vijay will undergo rehabilitation surgery of right wrist. The list includes some more players Umesh Yadav of KKR and Ravindra Jadeja of Gujarat Lions will not be available in IPL initial matches for fresh up. Both are automatically selected in Indian’s Championship Trophy Squad.

The Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma is excepted to be picked up by Championship trophy and his teammate Hardik Panday will be declared as fit and available for all IPL season.
